If an item is not satisfactory or not the right size, you can return an item and / or the entire order. Use the enclosed return slip for this and indicate which items you are returning. Add the return slip to your shipment. Make sure the items are unworn and in the original packaging with the price tag attached. You can return the order to the address below:
The costs of returning your order are not included. The costs of the return depend on the carrier. If you return the entire order, we will refund any paid shipping costs for the order.
As soon as your returning order has arrived, it can take up to 2 weekdays before we have processed your return. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive an email. After processing the return, we immediately refund the money to the account that was used for payment. It can take up to 5 weekdays until the money is back in the account.
