Delivery

How long will it take before I receive my order?

If you order before 4PM (CET) on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. In most cases you will receive your order within 2-3 working days. However, this depends on the carrier.

What are the shipping costs?

You don’t pay any shipping cost in case you order over €50. Otherwise you pay €3,95 for shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

To which countries ULTRAVIOLET ship to?

At this moment we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. We’re expanding this soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be first informed.

Can I have my order delivered at a pick-up point?

At this moment we can deliver your order at a pick-up point.

I didn’t receive a track &trace code. What can I do?

It’s possible that your order has been delayed. If you have not received a track & trace code by email after 2 working days within placing your order, than please contact us at: Contact@ULTRAVIOLETlingerie.com

I’ve received a wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received a wrong item, please contact us at: contact@ULTRAVIOLETlingerie.com and we will ensure that you receive the correct item(s) as soon as possible!

Payment methodes

How can I pay?

We accept creditcard (Visa or Mastercard) or IDEAL (Netherlands only).

Can I also pay afterwords or pay by bank transfer?

No, it’s not possible to pay afterwords or pay by bank transfer at the moment.

Can I pay with a giftcard or Fashioncheque?

No, it’s not possible to pay with a giftcard or Fashioncheque.

Returns

How can I return my order?

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return an item and / or the entire order. Use the enclosed return slip and indicate which items you are returning. Put this receipt with the item(s). Make sure that the items are still in the original packaging with a price tag attached. You can return the order to the address below:

The costs of the return are for your own account.If you return the entire order, we will refund any paid shipping costs for the order.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, return costs are covered by the customer.

What are the conditions for returning my order?

The item(s) must be returned unworn, with the price tag attached and in the original packaging. We always check the items that are returned. If we have any doubts about one of these conditions, the return may not be processed.

I have not received a return slip, what should I do?

How long does it take to get my money back?

As soon as your return shipment is arrived, it can take up to 2 working days before we have processed your return. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email from us. It will take up to 5 working days before the money is on your bank account.

Will I receive a confirmation when my return order has arrived?

You will receive an email from us as soon as we have processed your return. You will not receive an email from us once your package has arrived.

Exchanging

Can I exchange an item?

It’s not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or color of an item, you must first return the item and re-order the desired item.

What is the right size

I don't know exactly what size I have, what can I do?

Product information

How do I keep my lingerie beautiful as long as possible?

We recommend that you always wash bras on a hand wash. With a hand wash the cups of the bra stay in shape longer and you have a small chance that the bwire will come loose. If you do put your bra in the washing machine, always put your bra in a laundry bag!

What can I do if an item or size is no longer in stock?

We cannot guarantee that an item or size will be back in stock. So keep an close eye on our webshop! Or contact us at: contact@ULTRAVIOLETlingerie.com

I have a complaint about my purchase, what should I do?

We do our best to ship our items as well as possible. We are very sorry if something is not as you expected. Contact us via: contact@ULTRAVIOLETLINGERIE.com and we will look for a suitable solution.

Does ULTRAVIOLET offers a product guarantee?

When purchasing items at our webshop, the legal guarantee applies. Legal guarantee means that you are entitled to a good product. The ULTRAVIOLET webshop uses a warranty period of 6 months after purchasing the product.

 

Coupon codes

I have received a coupon code, where can I redeem it?

You can redeem the coupon code on the shopping cart page, the first page in the checkout process. You can use a maximum of one coupon code per order.

My coupon code is not working. What should I do?

You can only use one coupong code per order. First check whether you meet the right conditions, such as minimum order amount, the right items or if the discount code has not expired. If this is the case, but the discount code still does not work, then please contact us at:contact@ULTRAVIOLETlingerie.com

What are the benefits of an account?

If you create a ULTRAVIOLET account you can easily view your order history, place an order faster and stay up to date with the latest news and exclusive offers.

How do I make an account?

Creating an account is very easy. Click on “My account” and click on Create account. Enter the required data here to register.

 

I want to delete my account, how do I do that?

If you wish to delete your account, then please send an email with your account details to: contact@ULTRAVIOLETLINGERIE.com. Then we ensure that your account including all your data is deleted.
